Protect Business Secrets effectively
Dr. Johannes Braun speaks at Event of the House of IT
Organized by the House of IT in partnership with Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek and ARTEC, the event "Geschäftsgeheimnisse wirksam schützen" addresses the legal, technical and organizational requirements of the "Gesetzes zum Schutz von Geschäftsgeheimnissen", which will take effect at the end of 2018. Dr. Johannes Braun, CYSEC [at] TU Darmstadt, gives a lecture on "Langfristiger Schutz von Integrität und Vertraulichkeit" (Long-term protection of integrity and confidentiality).
The „Gesetz zum Schutz von Geschäftsgeheimnissen“ is aimed to protect valuable entrepreneurial know-how from industrial espionage and the betrayal of business secrets. But how can the new specifications be implemented with legal certainty? Experts will give tips for the practical implementation of the law as well as insights into the legal interpretation of the law and the latest research. The lectures are in detail:

The event will take place on Thursday, November 8, 2018 from 17:00 in the law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, Goetheplatz 5, Frankfurt.
