This CAST workshop deals with the practical challenges of applying the KI-Verordnung (KIVO) and Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) in a corporate context. The focus will be on the specific requirements for the admissibility of AI systems under data protection law, in particular Large Language Models (LLM), as well as the complex interplay between the two regulations. ATHENE researcher Dr. Oren Halvani will give a presentation on "Security requirements and possibilities in dealing with AI systems".
