About ESCM
Since 2012, EU Member States have been organizing the ECSM under the lead of ENISA (European Agency for Network and Information Security). The goal is to raise awareness of the dangers of cybersecurity, promote cybersecurity awareness among citizens and businesses, and provide information on how to protect against cyberattacks. The National Coordination Office in Germany is the federal office for Information Security (BSI), which again calls on institutions from the state, business and society to take part in this campaign month.
