German and Israeli students are jointly developing solutions for current cybersecurity challenges

The second round of the German-Israeli Cybersecurity Partnership Accellerator, organized by Fraunhofer SIT in cooperation with the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, has been successfully launched. The kickoff was a one-week stay on the university campus in Israel, where the participants from the two countries met and formed mixed teams of Germans and Israelis who are now jointly developing new technology ideas.

The teams received cybersecurity briefings on current cybersecurity challenges and discussed appropriate solutions. The program was complemented by workshops on entrepreneurship and marketing. Over the next few weeks, the teams will develop cybersecurity solutions before they will finalize their results during their one-week-stay in June and will present them at the final event in Frankfurt.
